Rob House


Owner / Creative Director

Rob started his career as a graphic designer, gaining valuable client-side insights as a member of the in-house advertising departments of two Fortune 500 companies before launching Visualeyes. Under his leadership, Visualeyes has been a creative catalyst for global brands, national corporations, and local causes since 1999. By cultivating close working relationships with trusted colleagues and rising stars in the industry, Rob is able to tap into his extended network of specialists as needed to fortify the extensive capabilities of his core team.

David Kochis


Marketing / Strategy / Creative

David’s role as a Visualeyes leader dates back to the very beginning, where his acumen as a solid communicator and dot-connector helped to start a long tradition of results-driven creative at the firm. He believes that successful creative is deeply rooted in both research and relationships, and he navigates both with ease — effectively connecting logic with purpose and passion. As an accomplished designer and illustrator, David also has the ability to work collaboratively with client teams to transform strategic objectives into impactful solutions.

Art Director / Graphic Designer

Barbra is a brand manager with more than 20 years of hands-on experience delivering strategic, high-impact design for clients in a wide array of industries. She specializes in establishing and improving brand awareness and perception, expertly balancing conceptual creative development with precision production.

Lauren Smith


Art Director / Graphic Designer

Lauren is an accomplished designer with more than 18 years of experience in visual communication, graphic design, and art direction. She has a passion for providing clients with beautiful and strategic solutions tailored specifically to their vision, including print and web design, advertising, photography, and motion graphics.

Dee Anna Hanchey


Copywriter / Messaging Strategist

Like many members of the extended Visualeyes team, Dee Anna has worked with Rob and other key players for more than two decades. Her approach to content development is rooted in clarity — with an expert infusion of calculated creativity to add even more depth to each client’s message.

For more than 25 years, Amy’s expertise as a proofreader and editor has helped retail businesses, educational publishers, design firms, and many other clients strengthen their messaging with accuracy and consistency. She enjoys the variety of working on diverse projects and the challenge of fine-tuning the details.

Before his career in the advertising industry, David was a published cartoonist who quickly discovered the career instability of cartooning to be anything but funny. So he happily forged ahead as a designer for nearly 10 years at The Richards Group before connecting with Visualeyes to produce next-level work.
